All domain name registration sales are final at the time of purchase. Domain names registered through our service belong to you(customer) upon payment in full and this means if you decide to leave our services for another provider, domain names are transferable and therefore not subject to refunds. In addition, it is very important for you to verify the correct spelling of your domain before registering it because once its registered changes can not be made.

We have a 30 day money back guarantee for all our hosting accounts. If you are unsatisfied with our service within the first 30 days of having an active hosting account, we will issue a 100% refund of your money.
